Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Wassmi. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to them.

The service

Wassmi generates logo directions, polished logo renders, and brand-kit assets from the taste selections and brand details you provide. Generation is powered by third-party AI models; results vary by input and are not guaranteed to match any particular expectation. We rely on third-party services to operate parts of Wassmi, and their availability may affect the service.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Credits are consumed by AI generations — logo direction batches, high-fidelity renders, and brand treatments. Browsing, selecting, and downloading your work never costs credits.
Credits are only deducted when a generation succeeds. If a generation fails entirely on our side, you are not charged; if part of a batch fails, the request is charged once and you can retry the failed portion at no extra cost.
Credits do not expire — only the hosting of generated images does, per the retention windows below. If you delete your account, any remaining credits are forfeited, except a balance still refundable under the 14-day rule below.
Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase to the extent the purchased credits are unused — wherever you are, not only where consumer law requires it. Credits already spent are not refundable. Where local law grants you broader rights, those are unaffected.
Refunds are pro rata: the amount you paid × unused credits ÷ total credits in the pack, with bonus credits counting the same as any other. We refund proportionate taxes where applicable, never deduct processing fees, and return funds to your original payment method. Free promotional credits are used before purchased ones.

Your content and ownership

You keep all rights we can give you in the logos and brand assets you generate, including commercial use. We claim no ownership of your generated work.
You are responsible for the inputs you provide — don't submit brand names, text, or reference material you don't have the right to use.
AI-generated imagery may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be produced for other users. Trademark clearance for your final logo is your responsibility.

Storage of your work

Generated work is retained as described in the privacy policy: exploration renders for 60 days and selected logos with their brand kits for 90 days after your last credit activity. Export your kit to keep it permanently — downloads are free and yours forever.

Acceptable use

Don't use Wassmi to create marks that are unlawful, that infringe others' trademarks or copyrights, or that are intended to deceive. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, resell access to it, or extract its underlying models or prompts. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

Wassmi is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will note it here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
