Wassmi is a logo and brand-kit studio. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what happens to your work.
What we collect
- Account details. An account is required before your first generation. We store your email address and the identity shared by your sign-in provider; passwords are handled by our hosted sign-in provider and never stored by us.
- Your brand inputs. The brand name, description, tagline, taste selections, and any custom symbol direction you provide are stored with your brand workspace so you can resume work.
- Generated images. Logo directions, polished renders, and brand-kit assets created in your workspaces.
- Purchase records. Credit-pack purchases and credit spend. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Product telemetry. Pseudonymous diagnostic events tied to a random session id, which is stored in a cookie on your device for 30 days. Events record things like your taste selections, whether a generation succeeded or failed, and technical details such as your browser's user-agent string. They can include the brand name you are working on and reference generated images by identifier, but never contain the images themselves. Telemetry is not linked to your name or email and is kept for up to 12 months.
How your inputs are used to generate images
When you generate, your brand inputs and taste selections are turned into an image-generation request and sent to the AI service providers that render your images. Some steps — such as polishing a chosen logo or generating brand assets from it — also send the source image being refined. We send only what is needed to create your logos, and we do not opt in to having customer content used to train or improve providers' models. Providers may temporarily retain request content for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
Service providers
We share information with service providers that help us operate Wassmi — providers of authentication, payment processing, AI image generation, cloud hosting and storage, and transactional email. They may process your information only to provide their services to us, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Some providers may process information outside your country; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep your work
- Exploration renders are retained for 60 days after your last credit activity.
- Your selected logo and brand-kit assets are retained for 90 days after your last credit activity.
- We email you about a week before anything is scheduled for deletion, so you have time to download or extend.
- Downloads are yours to keep forever — we encourage you to export your kit once your logo is finished.
- Account details and purchase records are kept for as long as you have an account, and as required for tax and accounting law.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your brand inputs or logos to advertise to others.
- We do not claim ownership of the logos you create (see the terms of service).
Your choices
You can delete a brand workspace at any time from within the app, which removes its inputs and generated images. Pseudonymous diagnostic telemetry referencing the brand may be retained for the period described above. To delete your account, or to request a copy of your data, contact us at the address below and we will act on the request within 30 days. When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify your personal data, except information we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-claims purposes.
